Advo Updates & Culture

Our recent Company Day updated Staff on all things Advo including welcoming new staff, presentations from our main charity Partner, the Heart of Kent Hospice, and our financials, where we are showing year-on-year growth of 23%.

The Afternoon allowed a fun get together to discuss and take a closer look at what binds us together and why we have such a successful team. With Advo’s change last year to focus solely on HR and payroll, our many new staff and the addition of Mustard Payroll into Advo it was time to take a fresh look at our culture.

We find we are now effectively a new business with a different mindset, still made up talented individuals with different and unique personalities. We wished to articulate the common themes in our personalities and bind them together using remember acronym of ADVO.

We believe this outlines our agreed core elements of how we wish to work together as an ADVO team and will truly illustrate to us, who we are and to the outside world, the way we work.

The core ADVO behaviours we aim to promote and instil are:
