Advo acquires Surrey based Payroll company, Pay-Nex Limited, confirming a commitment to establish Advo as one of the UK’s premier HR and payroll companies.
Advo One Limited, the HR and Payroll consultancy, has completed a deal to buy the Surrey based Payroll Bureau, Pay-Nex Limited, for an undisclosed sum.
Pay-Nex was established in 2015 and process the payrolls of a diverse range of clients, which is attractive to Advo with its focus on supporting SMEs. Pay-Nex works with Accountant firms, a speciality of Advo, and sector areas such as hospitality and care where Advo has considerable expertise. Pay-Nex have an excellent reputation for client service that aligns with the Advo client centric approach. Payroll staff will be retained and Dena Dixon, Pay-Nex’s Managing Director, will initially remain within the business to ensure a smooth integration.
All clients have access to Advo’s bespoke HMRC and BACS approved software providing unrivalled levels of flexibility with managing their payroll. Advo also use other market software where suitable.
Advo’s HR service provides clients all the protections and advantages of having an in-house human resources team.
Under the terms of the acquisition, Pay-Nex will become part of Advo’s payroll division with clients now having access to wider services including technology platforms and HR support.
