Work moves outside of Cobdown House as the foundations for the new Carpark commence. Work will take until mid-September.

Work involves not just creating foundations but new ducting for data and power for four new EV chargers and underground data for Advo, our tenants and the new Business Centre.

This area was originally part of the gardens for the old country house and years of old pipes, pathways and utilities uncovered. Work on the foundations should be completed by the end of August.
